Project & Programme Manager (s) required with financial services experience, to undertake a variety of roles with significant responsibility for the delivery of complex change across multiple internal and external suppliers to agreed budgets and timescales.

Project & Programme Manager Key Skills and Experience:-
Experienced in programme and project management through the full project lifecycle, with PRINCE2 or equivalent qualifications.
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage multi-disciplined teams.
Effective networking skills at board level and you will excel in stakeholder management.
Recognised impact and influencing skills, be effective in negotiation and naturally strategic in your approach.
A proven track record of commercial awareness, aptitude for coaching and mentoring and a good knowledge of people management, practices and procedures

Project & Programme Manager Responsibilities:-
Leading multi-million pound strategic and regulatory programmes and major changes, you will help shape and clarify initiatives. You will be comfortable to take complex, critical business concepts through a process of challenge in order to confirm the scope, before seeking Board approval for major change.
You will have responsibility for the design and delivery of large complex programmes through our client’s full concept to cash process. As part of this, you will appoint, lead and manage multi-disciplined teams to create an effective programme team.
Establish a Programme Governance structure to control programme issues & risks, budget, stakeholder
Review and approve detailed project plans developed by appointed PMs
