Elevate Recruitment recently scored 97% in the annual Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) Compliance test. This is great news for us as the REC is the largest professional trade association representing the UK’s recruitment and staffing industry.
Membership assures clients and candidates of a service fully compliant with the REC’s Code of Professional Practice in all areas of recruitment, including the data privacy changes resulting from the new EU General Data Protection Regulations which came into effect from May 25th 2018.
Up and running
Elevate Recruitment has recently invested in a new, streamlined Recruitment database – Voyager Infinity SaaS – designed to facilitate full compliance with the GDPR. New features of the database include an integrated Privacy Audit to ensure all customers can freely exercise their right to more stringently controlled data protection.
