CRM Project Lead required by our client, an international market leader operating in a high growth market to work on the organisation’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

CRM Project Lead – Skills and Experience
Commercial experience with CRM platforms Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 (or 2016) is essential, including
Fields, forms, workflows – intermediary level configuration
Advanced Find reporting
Campaign list creation
Reporting and dashboards
Data cleansing and de-duplication
com CRM – not essential, but useful
Microsoft SQL – not essential
Microsoft PowerBi and/or Tableau – familiar but not essential
Experience of managing key stakeholders at different levels of seniority within the business
As CRM Technical Lead you will be recognised, globally, as a CRM super-user. You will take proactive steps to improve the CRM environment: data, process, and reporting, by working with business stakeholders across the company, with a focus on sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
CRM Technical Lead – RESPONSIBILITIES
Fully understand the business processes that a CRM system supports, and the objectives of the main user types of a CRM system; you must be relatable and be able to partner with those teams and individuals
Document and challenge those processes where required; strive for standardisation in the global approach
Be the key CRM point of contact internally with users, super users, and project teams
Be the key CRM point of contact externally with our implementation partner/developers
Develop a change management process for CRM
Manage the issue / suggestion / change log between those parties – challenge change requests and develop a process to assess their cost v benefit
CRM reporting – support CRM users in their own reporting, or develop specific reporting for eg the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, or the Heads of Sales, and Marketing Managers
During new country rollout of Dynamics, take the lead on the day to day tasks that are needed to bring a country live
Support, train, and onboard users / new users, as required. Encourage adoption and manage expectations
Form and chair a CRM working group for super users, to share issues and suggestions, and to relay new functionality releases down through the teams
