IT Project Lead required by a software and solutions company to provide assistance with successful delivery of key project implementation tasks. IT Solutions Consultant will ideally have a Project Management / Customer Care background and skills centred on solution design, documentation and implementation.

IT Project Lead – skills and experience
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Oracle, MsSQL systems
- Proven Customer Facing and Technical Support skills
- Experience of customer requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience of Internal solution designing and documentation.
- Specification of solution enhancements (Application, EDI, Dashboard Charting).
- Solution enhancement testing.
- Skilled at liaison with customer and project 3rd parties.
- Experience of Integration testing.
- End-to-End solution configuration and testing.
- Technical environment set-up and testing.
- Customer support during the implementation phase(s).
- Application user training and documentation.
- On-site Go-Live Support assistance.
- Post go-live solution hand-over activities.
IT Project Lead – main responsibilities
- Co-ordinate to provide leadership and support staff to ensure maximum performance.
- Prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Monitor and review targets to manage, monitor and support the delivery of business outcomes making appropriate recommendations
- Deliver training to customers and internal staff against training manuals and procedures
- Liaise with customers, staff and colleagues to provide quality communication and care
- Maintain and respect confidentiality in accordance with confidentiality policy, non-disclosure agreements and Data Protection Act
