Junior Systems Analyst required by our client, to join the MIS team of an international company operating in a high growth market. We are looking for someone to come in at a Junior/Systems Admin level, to learn about and support projects across the clients’ applications and data environments.Our client has prestigious headquarters in Chester, but has a flexible remote-working environment. The successful applicant will enjoy a salary of circa £25/30k pa plus bonus and an attractive benefits package. You will join a dynamic, expanding team, tasked with delivery of a fit-for-purpose applications and data environment and serving the requirements of end-users globally.
Systems Analyst – Technical skills
Candidates would be considered with some experience or understanding of any areas such as:
- ERP systems (serving finance, supply chain, commercial)
- CRM systems (serving sales, marketing, service)
- Microsoft SQL Server (SSMS SSRS)
- Databases and administration of databases
- Familiarity with usage and configuration of ETL tools (SSIS, Scribe, Python etc)
- Microsoft Power BI
- XML, XPath and XSLT
- Microsoft Excel / VBA / Macros
- Familiarity with using reporting tools existent within corporate software applications (eg report writers or query builders)
Systems Analyst – Ideal experience:
- Worked as a system or data analyst
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
- Worked in a global and/or multi-site company
- Graduate of a related degree subject (computer science, mathematics, etc)
- Understanding of all the business functions from manufacturing and supply chain through to finance and commercial operations
- Able to support and direct people and tasks remotely, mainly over Teams
